We are currently offering $500 worth of Myer Vouchers for referrals we place with salary packages up to $99,999 AUD and $750 AUD for candidates we place with salary packages in excess of $100,000 AUD.

Alternatively you email the name, position and contact details of the candidate(s) along with your contact details at enquiries@nascent.com.au.

One of our consultants will contact you prior to making contact with any of the referrals within 48 hours.

Should we place any of the candidates you refer we will deliver the vouchers to you upon completion of their probation period.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the referral vouchers ("the Fee") the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. The candidate referred by the Referrer ("Candidate") must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position by Nascent Group Pty Ltd.

2. The Candidate must remain with the same employer in the same position for not less than 6 months and one day.

3. All information provided by the referrer or candidate pertaining to work history, contact details and current employment status of the candidate must be true. Should any information provided by either the Candidate or the Referrer be false in any respect, then Nascent Group Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.

4. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief..

5. If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Nascent Group’s database, then Nascent Group Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.
