Referral
Policy
Nascent
Group wants to give industry professionals the
chance to work with best of breed companies in
the construction and engineering industry. You
can earn a referral commission of $500 by helping
us to find friends and associates of yours a better
position.
Please fill out the online form, with the names
of any colleagues/friends working in the construction
or engineering industry that may be able to benefit
from our service and we will acknowledge receipt
within 48 hours.
Should we place any of
the candidates you refer, we will pay a referral
commission to your nominated bank account once
the person has successfully completed their probation
period.
Please note, if you want to submit more than one
referral you will need to fill out a separate
form for each candidate.
Terms
and Conditions
To be eligible for the $500
("the Fee") the following conditions
must be satisfied:
1. The candidate referred
by the Referrer ("Candidate") must be
successfully placed in a permanent employment
position by Nascent Group Pty Ltd.
2. The Candidate must
remain with the same employer in the same position
for not less than 6 months and one day.
3. All information provided
by the referrer or candidate pertaining to work
history, contact details and current employment
status of the candidate must be true. Should any
information provided by either the Candidate or
the Referrer be false in any respect, then Nascent
Group Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.
4. The Referrer and the
Candidate warrant and agree that any information
they have provided is true and correct to the
best of their knowledge and belief..
5. If the referred candidate
is previously known and registered on Nascent
Group’s database, then Nascent Group Pty
Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.
6. Referral commission
paid by Nascent Group should be declared in your
annual income tax return. We recommend that the
Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation
specialist. |
